About the Role

You will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a cofounder. You will manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, financial tasks, travel, legal documentation, and family-related logistics while handling confidential information discreetly. You will coordinate communication among stakeholders and respond to ad hoc and after-hours requests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, written and verbal
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives
  • Financial literacy, including budget management and understanding financial documents
  • Basic legal literacy and ability to handle legal correspondence
  • Organizational and multitasking ability
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to handle after-hours responsibilities and travel when required
  • Experience coordinating personal and family-related tasks

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence
  • Assist with expense reporting, budgeting, and liaison with financial advisors
  • Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements
  • Provide logistical support for business and personal engagements
  • Assist with legal documentation and liaise with legal teams
  • Manage family-related tasks, including the needs of visiting parents
  • Ensure timely communication between stakeholders and task completion
  • Support ad hoc tasks and after-hours requests
