About the Role
You will provide secretarial and administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and scheduling appointments. You'll prepare, organize, and maintain departmental documents, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence. You will coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables. You'll assist with travel arrangements, itinerary planning, and expense claim submissions. You will support the organization of business activities, events, and cross-functional coordination efforts. You'll maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation in an organized manner, and help track projects, deadlines, and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
