About the Role
You will provide administrative and office support in Seoul by coordinating calendars meetings travel and expenses. You will manage correspondence prepare documents organize meeting materials and help maintain smooth daily office operations while supporting related projects and providing backup assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a proven record of academic success.
- Approximately 3 to 4 years of relevant administrative executive support or office administration experience.
- Experience in private equity investment management financial services or a similar environment is preferred.
- Experience managing calendars meetings travel and expense reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to anticipating needs identifying issues and resolving them.
- Professionalism discretion and respect for confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and across offices cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience using databases and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and related logistics.
- Prepare and reconcile travel and expense reports.
- Coordinate planning with internal and external administrative professionals.
- Manage correspondence and prioritize incoming requests.
- Provide administrative support for data entry calendar coordination and document preparation.
- Prepare proofread format and distribute correspondence meeting notes memos and other documents.
- Prepare and organize materials for client and internal meetings.
- Support daily office operations including supplies catering meeting rooms and vendors.
- Assist with client communications reporting and other projects.
- Provide backup support to other administrative professionals.
- Perform other assigned administrative responsibilities.
