About the Role

Support executives in Crusoe's Business Development and Strategic Initiatives teams by managing calendars, expenses, correspondence, travel, meetings, leadership offsites, events, process improvements, and occasional personal tasks while maintaining confidentiality and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an executive administrative role.
  • Experience supporting technology or software teams is desirable.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and manage time effectively.
  • Experience planning and executing team offsites or large-scale events.
  • Ability to create decks, agendas, and executive communications.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Willingness to work on-site five days per week.
  • Occasional flexibility outside standard hours for urgent matters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed administrative support to executives.
  • Manage complex calendars and appointment schedules.
  • Process expense reports and prepare confidential correspondence.
  • Arrange corporate travel and coordinate conference registrations.
  • Coordinate leadership, team, cross-functional, and external meetings.
  • Develop agendas, document meeting notes, and ensure follow-through.
  • Plan and execute leadership offsites, team events, and gatherings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, agendas, and on-site support.
  • Design and implement processes that improve collaboration, efficiency, productivity, and communication.
  • Perform occasional personal tasks, errands, and other administrative duties.
