About the Role
You plan services across a virtual-asset exchange, establish service policies and improve user experience, define and implement data-driven improvements, and participate in service planning, launch, operation, problem definition, and cross-functional project delivery.
Requirements
- At least eight years of app or web service-planning experience or equivalent experience
- Experience participating in the full process from service planning through launch and operation
- Interest in and basic understanding of virtual-asset, financial, and investment services
- Experience defining problems and deriving improvements based on data
- Ability to clearly document planning intent and communicate effectively
- Experience advancing projects while collaborating with diverse functions
- Exchange, securities, or other financial and investment service experience is preferred
- Experience planning trading functions such as order execution and charts is preferred
- Experience planning membership structures and identity-verification services is preferred
- Data-analysis and tracking experience is preferred
- Experience with AI-based planning automation or productivity tools is preferred
