About the Role
Own the exchange onboarding and connectivity lifecycle from contract signature through integration, testing, trading go-live, and post-launch support. Coordinate internal dependencies, work directly with exchange counterparts, validate technical readiness, manage integration risks, and maintain venue documentation and tracking.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a crypto trading firm, exchange, or digital asset infrastructure business in operations, project management, or technical coordination
- Understanding of crypto exchange connectivity, REST APIs, WebSocket APIs, order management, credentialing, and test environments
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail and structured follow-through
- Ability to work with exchange counterparts and internal trading, engineering, and commercial stakeholders
- Ability to read API documentation, understand endpoint structures, assess compatibility, and design basic test criteria
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with exchange API integrations or connectivity testing
- Familiarity with FIX protocol, WebSocket feed handling, market data, or order-routing protocols
- Experience with Jira, Notion, or Linear
- Knowledge of exchange upgrade and exchange-driven change management
- Exposure to centralised and decentralised exchange environments
- Basic Python or similar scripting ability for API testing or operational tooling
Responsibilities
- Own the full exchange onboarding lifecycle from contract signature through integration, testing, and trading go-live
- Act as the primary contact between Flowdesk and exchange partners during onboarding
- Coordinate trading, engineering, and sales dependencies and resolve them on schedule
- Run and document pre-go-live endpoint validation, order-flow testing, and readiness sign-off
- Maintain tracking for venue integrations, upgrades, and exchange-driven changes
- Manage post-launch exchange touchpoints, protocol changes, upgrade cycles, and incident escalation
- Support initial integration stages through API review, compatibility assessment, and test design
- Identify and escalate integration risks and go-live blockers
- Build and maintain venue documentation, including credentials, architecture, contacts, known issues, and go-live history

Hiring Process
