About the Role
You will support Anti-Financial Crime and Customer Success activities by processing cases identifying suspicious transaction patterns assisting with KYC reviews and supporting transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting. You will also collaborate across operations product and support teams improve customer processes analyze AI-supported workflows prepare data-based evaluations and manage affiliate partner onboarding and offboarding. You will work with compliance tools and continuously optimize systems and processes.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Detail orientation
- Organization skills
- A get-things-done mentality
- Genuine interest in Bitcoin startups and operational processes
- Proficiency with Slack Notion or Jira
- Initial experience in a startup consulting or financial environment is desirable
- Understanding of compliance or Anti-Financial Crime topics is desirable
