About the Role

You will deliver B2B events from initial planning through onsite execution and evaluation. You will coordinate agencies, venues, vendors, registration, hospitality, budgets, safety procedures and event reporting, while partnering with marketing, sales and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of event experience
• Experience with planning onsite delivery and post-event evaluation
• Background in B2B conferences customer programs or learning and enablement events
• Experience coordinating guest experience front-of-house operations and vendors for business audiences

Responsibilities

• Deliver B2B events from planning through onsite execution
• Coordinate agencies registration hospitality catering and production logistics
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Select and negotiate with venues caterers AV providers and production partners
• Own registration check-in and guest communications
• Track budgets process invoices and complete financial reconciliation
• Partner with marketing sales and product stakeholders
• Coordinate safety security accessibility and contingency planning
• Review attendance engagement feedback spending and business outcomes
