About the Role

You will plan and coordinate logistics for national and international events, including the transport, documentation, customs handling, and asset management of robot systems and booth materials. You will manage technical event services, resolve on-site infrastructure issues, and support safe setup and dismantling of robot demonstrations. This role includes approximately 60% international travel.

Requirements

• Professional experience in facility management, logistics, mechatronics, electrics, electronics, trade fair building, or carpentry
• Completed apprenticeship or studies in a relevant field
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP
• Fluent English skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%
• Valid driver's license
• Live near Munich or be willing to relocate to support on-call duty
• Interest in robotics

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics for national and international events
• Organize transport for robot systems, booth infrastructure, and marketing and sales materials
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation for freight forwarders, ATA Carnets, and customs clearance
• Act as the primary contact for logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Manage event-related technical services, including power, internet, water, and compressed air
• Ensure event services meet technical and safety requirements for robot demonstrations
• Coordinate event deadlines, approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Resolve operational and technical on-site infrastructure issues
• Support robot demonstration setup and dismantling at events
• Own physical setup, booth build-up, dismantling coordination, and safe packing and unpacking
• Coordinate between Marketing, Engineering, and on-site service providers
