About the Role
You will own the global events programme, delivering flagship Foundry events, international roadshows, virtual events, partner experiences, conference activations, and internal events. You will manage vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, physical brand experiences, and post-event performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or event operations in a high-growth technology, deep-tech, or B2B environment
- Experience delivering high-touch physical and virtual international events across EMEA and APAC
- Vendor management experience, including sourcing, negotiating with, and directing production agencies, AV teams, and freelance staff
- Ability to balance strategic planning, budget management, roadmap design, and ROI measurement with on-site event execution
- Cross-functional stakeholder management experience with executive leadership, sales, partnerships, and creative teams
- Ability to undertake regular UK and international travel
Responsibilities
- Own the flagship in-person Foundry event end to end
- Design, plan, and deliver regional Foundry roadshows across Asia, Europe, and North America
- Establish and manage a regular cadence of virtual events
- Conceptualise and execute high-touch events for industrial partners and enterprise customers
- Align event formats with commercial and ecosystem goals
- Own the strategic presence at industry and machine learning conferences
- Evaluate sponsorship packages and oversee booth design, recruitment stands, logistics, and return-on-investment reporting
- Support delivery of internal company events
- Source, negotiate with, and direct production agencies, AV suppliers, vendors, and freelance event staff
- Manage event budgets, timelines, analytics, and performance reporting
