About the Role
You will own the events program from event selection and sponsorship evaluation through execution and follow-up. You will produce executive experiences, manage event budgets and ROI, partner with Sales on account-based outreach and pipeline, track attribution in HubSpot, and coordinate speaking, partner, social, and PR activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years in event or field marketing
- Experience in B2B fintech, financial services, crypto, or SaaS
- Track record of events that drove pipeline
- Experience producing executive-level experiences and large conference sponsorships
- Vendor, venue, and sponsorship negotiation skills
- Experience partnering with Sales on account-based programs and event-driven outreach
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Project management skills for multiple events across regions and time zones
- Ability to engage senior executives, regulators, and industry leaders
- Ability to rapidly learn technical, regulatory-heavy subject matter
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the events calendar across relevant industry circuits
- Evaluate sponsorships, negotiate packages, and manage event budgets and ROI
- Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and branded events
- Manage venues, run-of-show, speakers, branding, and attendee experience
- Partner with Sales and SDRs on target accounts, outreach, meeting booking, and follow-up
- Track event attribution in HubSpot and conduct post-event debriefs
- Secure executive speaking opportunities and coordinate co-marketing with partners
- Coordinate event amplification through social media and PR
