About the Role
The intern will plan, execute, and support physical and virtual events; coordinate internal teams; communicate with KOLs, suppliers, and clients; attend events; support onsite operations; and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or an equivalent field
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, positive and self-driven
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and support physical and virtual events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time event arrangements
- Communicate with KOLs, suppliers and clients to fulfil event needs
- Attend events and support onsite operations
