About the Role
Lead European communications at ElevenLabs by defining regional strategy, running creative campaigns, shaping narratives, managing reputational risks, building media and industry relationships, supporting executives, and developing the European communications operating model.
Requirements
- Experience managing communications across multiple European markets
- Strong relationships with journalists at top-tier publications
- Track record of pitching stories and handling difficult corporate issues
- Understanding of Europe's political, regulatory, economic, and cultural landscape
- Creative communications campaign skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with nascent operating models
Responsibilities
- Define and own the European communications strategy
- Design and run creative campaigns across media, social, and events
- Shape regional narratives and create European stories
- Identify and mitigate reputational risks
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers, customers, industry bodies, and event organisers
- Support executives with media interviews and speaking opportunities
- Partner with sales, marketing, policy, legal, and deployment teams
- Define the European communications operating model
- Manage communications agencies in specific markets
