About the Role

You will act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, support cloud architecture design and optimization, and coordinate project delivery across internal stakeholders. You will lead service reviews, manage critical incidents, monitor SLA performance, provide FinOps guidance, and share structured customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure environments
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure design
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, or S3-compatible storage
  • Experience with cloud migration projects
  • Ability to design and review scalable, highly available architectures
  • Familiarity with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
  • English and French communication skills
  • Client relationship management

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical trusted advisor for Enterprise customers
  • Coordinate project delivery with support, engineering, and product teams
  • Support cloud architecture design and optimization
  • Drive technical adoption of cloud services
  • Lead or co-host quarterly service reviews and steering committees
  • Monitor SLA performance, incidents, and root cause analyses
  • Coordinate responses during critical customer incidents
  • Provide FinOps guidance and cost optimization recommendations
  • Collect and structure product feedback and customer use cases
  • Improve customer processes and service delivery
