About the Role

You will own post-sales technical relationships for customers using cloud compute, networking, and storage services. You will lead onboarding, validate architectures, conduct technical reviews, manage escalations, recommend optimizations, support expansion, and provide product feedback.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a technical account management, solutions architecture, support engineering, DevOps, or technical success role
  • Knowledge of Linux, virtualization, cloud networking, VPC, BGP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and compute orchestration
  • Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling
  • Hands-on Kubernetes experience
  • Ability to translate customer needs into recommendations
  • Communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience with IaaS pricing, billing, and usage optimization

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding, environment setup, architecture validation, and migration planning
  • Advise on compute, storage, snapshots, networking, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and scaling
  • Review customer architectures and recommend performance and reliability improvements
  • Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for assigned accounts
  • Conduct technical reviews and QBRs
  • Coordinate escalations with Support, SRE, Networking, Engineering, and Product Management
  • Document incident reviews, root causes, corrective actions, and prevention plans
  • Identify adoption and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor utilization and recommend optimizations
  • Provide product feedback and participate in beta programs
