About the Role

You will translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and document solution designs. You will evaluate, design, and implement solutions across business applications and technologies. You will ensure compliance with architecture, security, governance, audit, and financial-control standards; improve data flows; identify AI and automation opportunities; and collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, systems analysis, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines.
  • Experience with AWS technologies across compute, data, networking, and security, especially serverless and containerized workloads.
  • Familiarity with cloud platform management and governance at scale across multi-cloud, multi-account, and multi-region environments.
  • Expertise in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, DevOps, and microservices.
  • Familiarity with information management, SDLC management, IT service management, infrastructure and operations, EA, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Communication, presentation, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge or experience with Guidewire or similar insurance systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work without employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and document solution architecture design and analysis.
  • Lead the evaluation, design, and analysis of solution architecture across business applications and technologies.
  • Assess emerging technologies, trends, and techniques for relevance to business objectives.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, data governance expectations, audit requirements, and financial controls.
  • Document, assess, and improve data flows between systems, platforms, reporting tools, and downstream applications.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and automation across workflows and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define and implement architectural solutions.
  • Analyze the IT environment and recommend improvements.
