About the Role

You will act as a technical and product expert for Wallet, Staking, and Node/API offerings. You will work with sales and account management to understand customer needs, evaluate product fit, scope solutions, and deliver technical demonstrations. You will partner with Product and Engineering to share feedback, support feature readiness, and improve offerings. You will also lead proof-of-value and professional-services engagements, create technical documentation and architecture diagrams, and represent the organization at conferences and webinars.

Requirements

10+ years of total work experience, including at least 5 years as a solutions architect or similar role
Experience with development languages including Typescript, Solidity, Rust, and Go
Experience with blockchain development frameworks, SDKs, and cloud platforms
Awareness of the institutional digital asset landscape and related operational and security concerns
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles in a pre-sales or solutions capacity
Experience working with Tier 1 financial institutions or large security-conscious enterprises
Understanding of enterprise security and integration patterns, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, API authentication, and secure deployment models
Experience producing technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products
Guide customers through technical evaluations and implementations
Collaborate with Sales Executives to demonstrate product fit, address technical requirements, and support deals
Lead professional services engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations
Understand customer needs and workflows to design tailored solutions
Partner with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and ensure feature readiness
Represent Blockdaemon at industry conferences and webinars
Develop best-practice documentation and architecture diagrams
Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences
