About the Role

You will own deployment, activation, and platform success across a customer portfolio. You will translate customer use cases into AI workflows, build champion communities, deliver customized training and workshops, and use adoption data and feedback to improve programs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
• Experience understanding customer use cases, workflows, and business objectives
• Experience implementing champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops
• Experience building advocate networks and power-user communities
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences
• Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
• Program management skills

Responsibilities

• Own customer activation and platform success
• Understand customer use cases, objectives, and success metrics
• Co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows with customers
• Design and execute activation strategies
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops
• Build advocate networks and power-user communities
• Train internal customer trainers
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
• Customize and deliver educational content
• Refine materials using customer feedback and adoption data
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
