About the Role
You will manage enterprise customer relationships in San Francisco, provide payments insights, identify commercial and expansion opportunities, and deliver strong customer service. You will lead strategic discussions, coordinate stakeholders, manage projects across departments, and represent customer feedback internally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial role
- Experience in account management, consulting, or payments from a merchant perspective
- Background in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services
- Professional written and verbal proficiency in English
- Business acumen
- Analytical abilities
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Ability to manage multiple projects
