About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the relationships with Podium's high-value, strategic clients. You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage product adoption, and effectively demonstrate to clients the value they get out of Podium's interaction platform. You will also be responsible for renewing and expanding revenue from your customer portfolio. You will help business owners identify, design, and implement process changes that make Podium a seamless part of their business, set performance goals, troubleshoot challenges, and design creative solutions. You will manage the lifecycle of your customer portfolio, including a pipeline of high-intensity projects, and travel up to 40% annually.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
- Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value
- Strong ability to think at scale while balancing customer experience outcomes
- Show regular proactive efforts towards driving value and a strong experience for customers
- Excellence in achieving net retention goals and contributing significantly to revenue and engagement metrics
- Strong skills in being a thought leader for the team and company
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt new products into customer's business strategy
- Able to think holistically about plan health and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- Able to successfully lead customer onsite meetings
- Able to build a strong partnership with the Sales organization
- Able to plan and deliver strong business reviews with favorable results
