About the Role
You will lead engineering teams responsible for core Web3 products and platforms. You will drive reliability, scalability, and quality across production systems that operate under demanding conditions. You will partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmaps and deliver meaningful user outcomes. You will balance short-term execution with long-term platform evolution, coach and develop engineers at multiple career stages, guide architectural discussions, prioritize and execute a high-impact backlog, and unblock teams during operational incidents.
Requirements
- Exposure to taking products or platforms from early concept through production adoption in a Web3 environment
- Strong product sense and ability to connect engineering decisions to user needs and business impact
- Ability to operate autonomously and lead teams through ambiguity and complexity
- Proven capability to support grow and develop engineers at multiple career stages
- Sufficient technical depth to guide architectural discussions assess trade-offs and unblock teams
- Proven ability to plan prioritize and execute against a single high-impact backlog while managing competing stakeholder demands
- Experience communicating effectively with senior and executive stakeholders (preferred)
- Track record of managing and developing senior or staff-level engineers (preferred)
- Experience leading teams in high-pressure or operationally intensive environments (preferred)
- Background across both larger mature organizations and smaller fast-scaling teams (preferred)
