About the Role
Lead and scale the engineering organization, architect AI agent systems for high-load B2C environments, and own the full technology stack including TypeScript, Restate, Kubernetes, and AWS. Define engineering processes, code quality standards, and deployment practices while collaborating with product and design to translate vision into scalable systems. Make key decisions on infrastructure, model design, and agent design, and hire and mentor senior engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or LLM-based products in production.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS at scale.
- Deep understanding of high-load B2C systems, latency, reliability, and scalability.
- Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams.
- Ability to move fast without breaking things, with experience taking products from 0→1 and 1→N.
Responsibilities

- Architect and oversee AI agent systems, including high-load B2C agents and multi-agent pipelines.
- Own the full technical stack: TypeScript, Restate, Kubernetes, and AWS.
