You will lead engineers building scheduling, job-launch, and fleet-efficiency systems. You will set technical direction, partner on workload planning, improve utilization and developer experience, track scheduling metrics, and hire, coach, and develop engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead engineers building the scheduling platform, job-launch tooling, and fleet-efficiency systems
Set technical direction for scheduling, placement, queueing, and quota
Partner with capacity planning, research, inference, and product teams
Drive the roadmap for scheduler capabilities, fleet utilization, and job-launch developer experience
Define and track fleet-efficiency and scheduling-quality metrics
Create clarity in a fast-moving environment
Hire, coach, and develop engineers
Represent the function across the engineering organization
