About the Role
You will lead engineers building investigation, review, and enforcement tooling. You will set the platform roadmap, scale human review with automation, translate stakeholder needs into reliable systems, protect privacy commitments, and hire and coach technical talent.
Requirements
- Software engineering team management
- Full-stack engineering or platform engineering
- Architecture and design
- Internal-tool or platform delivery for operational users
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, policy, or legal
- Technical communication
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and develop engineers building investigation, review, and enforcement tooling
- Define the review-tooling platform vision and roadmap
- Drive automation for Claude-assisted and Claude-driven review workflows
- Partner with policy, operations, legal, privacy, and data science stakeholders
- Ensure tooling supports privacy primitives and data-retention commitments
- Create clarity for stakeholders in an evolving environment
- Hire and coach technical talent
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives
