About the Role
You will lead two squads of senior engineers, set direction, remove blockers, and support individual growth. You will own platform outcomes, drive AI-native development, shape the builder-productivity platform roadmap, and align technical priorities with customer needs through close partnership with Product and other teams.
Requirements
- 3–4 years leading engineering teams
- Experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance
- Platform engineering experience
- Infrastructure expertise
- Understanding of system hosting and scaling
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools
- Product judgment
