About the Role
You will lead the IAM team and define strategy for authentication, authorization, and identity services. You will build and scale the organization, oversee architecture for secure and reliable components, embed identity solutions across the platform, ensure regulatory compliance, and grow engineering talent.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability and security requirements
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams
- Experience driving cross-functional security initiatives
- Architecture-level technical direction experience
- Communication and leadership skills
- Computer Science or related technical degree
Responsibilities
