About the Role
You will support engineers through regular one-to-ones, feedback, career development, and performance conversations. You will own delivery rhythm, work with product and design to scope projects and manage trade-offs, remove delivery friction, and implement pragmatic processes. You will build team health and accountability while partnering on engineering recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering team management experience
- Experience in a fast-moving product startup or technology company
- Delivery and execution management skills
- Feature scoping and bottleneck identification skills
- People development and active listening skills
- Software engineering background or strong technical foundation
- Knowledge of architectural trade-offs
