About the Role
You will lead engineers building enterprise platform features and foundations. You will manage execution, shape the roadmap with product and design, work with enterprise customers and commercial partners, drive compliance readiness, and recruit and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud services, or admin tools
- Experience working with enterprise customers, sales, and customer success
- Ability to execute at a fast pace
- Engineering management skills in feedback, one-on-ones, and career development
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers building enterprise-ready features and foundations
- Own planning, prioritization, delivery quality, team health, and incident response
- Partner with engineering teams to build extensible platforms
- Work with sales and customer success on enterprise requirements and priorities
- Shape the roadmap with product and design
- Drive compliance and platform-readiness work with security and legal
- Recruit, onboard, and develop engineers
