Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Java or similar backend technology experience
- Experience leading and developing software engineering teams
- Experience with payment systems or the cards payments ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Author the Debit Card Payments strategy in NORAM
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers
- Coach and mentor engineers
- Partner with Product Managers to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions
- Guide architectural discussions
- Champion high engineering standards
- Empower engineers to own technical solutions end-to-end
