About the Role
You will lead a small engineering team that prototypes and ships cybersecurity products powered by frontier models. You will set technical direction, work directly with customers and design partners, make full-stack architecture decisions, coordinate with go-to-market partners, and grow engineering leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years managing engineers with ownership of hiring, performance, and technical direction
- Experience shipping cybersecurity products in production
- Experience taking a product from prototype to scaled deployment
- Experience with customer-facing product decisions
- Ability to align research, product, go-to-market, and executive partners
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the engineering team through hiring and performance management
- Turn customer and security-community insights into product priorities
- Own full-stack architectural decisions across agentic systems, integrations, and data infrastructure
- Coordinate with go-to-market, partnerships, and product teams
- Develop the next layer of team leadership
