About the Role
You will own delivery for Profile Agents, including identity resolution, agentic pipeline generation, and production-quality Customer 360 outputs. You will hire and grow a senior engineering team, set technical direction, define quality controls, and work with customers to prioritize engineering needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- 8+ years of experience building and operating production data or distributed systems
- Experience shipping data engineering products such as ETL, MDM, or data quality tooling
- Experience applying agents or LLMs to data engineering problems
- Experience with matching, entity resolution, or pipeline generation
- Experience taking a product from 0 to 1
- Experience scaling complex data services to enterprise customers
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for Profile Agents from identity resolution through Customer 360 outputs
- Hire and grow a senior engineering team
- Set technical direction with product leadership
- Build quality controls for agent-generated pipelines
- Define agent autonomy, human review, and correctness validation
- Work with customers and design partners to turn Customer 360 problems into engineering priorities
