About the Role

You will lead the development of secure, well-tested, high-performing product features and platform improvements. You will translate complex problems into actionable work, guide technical decisions and delivery, collaborate with product and design stakeholders on roadmaps, and improve quality, security, performance, and engineering standards. You will coach and mentor engineers, foster an inclusive high-performing culture, and contribute hands-on to complex systems.

Experience leading engineering teams that deliver production-quality products in fast-paced global environments.
Leadership skills in setting vision, fostering autonomy, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience guiding the development and production deployment of complex systems.
Technical writing skills.
Strong coding skills and a pragmatic hands-on leadership approach.
Experience diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues.
Knowledge of clean architecture, CI/CD, testing best practices, and coding standards.
Experience with cloud-native environments, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Proficiency in design patterns and architectural documentation, including C4 Model and ADRs.
Experience building developer tools such as CLIs, SDKs, and developer portals.
Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Experience with REST APIs and Test-Driven Development.
Commitment to privacy by design, security, high-performance systems, and inclusive communication.
