Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Hex's AI context platform while combining technical leadership, hands-on engineering contribution, people management, and talent development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
- 2+ years leading engineering teams working on complex, data-intensive, AI-driven products, or SaaS platforms
- Ability to identify and design technical abstractions for an evolving product vision
- Curiosity about AI agent behavior and context systems
- Proven experience building and operating product engineering teams
- Experience setting technical standards, hiring, and developing talent
- Deeply technical leadership with willingness to work hands-on
