About the Role

You will lead and develop a mobile engineering team delivering iOS and Android products. You will provide hands-on technical guidance, set architectural direction, and own end-to-end feature delivery. You will adopt AI-enabled engineering workflows, collaborate with product, design, and backend partners, and resolve complex mobile technical challenges while maintaining scalable, robust applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of team lead or management experience.
• Experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Technical expertise in iOS or Android development.
• Understanding of the broader mobile ecosystem.
• Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to make technical and product decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a mobile engineering team.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on mobile development, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Champion AI tools and workflows for code generation, review, testing, and incident analysis.
• Own end-to-end delivery of mobile features and initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the technical expert for complex mobile challenges.
• Maintain the robustness and scalability of mobile applications.
