About the Role
You will own enforcement operations across cloud-partner surfaces, from detection through appeals. You will define partner workflows, manage SLAs and escalations, establish quality and investigation processes, create documentation, report enforcement metrics, and coordinate with internal and partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own the enforcement lifecycle from detection and review through action, communication, and appeal
- Define enforcement paths for partner operating models
- Manage review, escalation, and action SLAs
- Develop enforcement standard operating procedures and escalation guides
- Establish red-teaming, quality processes, and shared metrics
- Coordinate paired investigations with partner threat intelligence teams
- Own enforcement metrics and report them to leadership, partners, and regulators
