About the Role
You will lead Trust and Safety enforcement operations and policy. You will build the function, govern AI-assisted decisions, manage vendors and enforcement economics, oversee music-rights enforcement, translate regulations into operations, and report metrics and tradeoffs to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years in trust and safety, integrity, or content operations
- 4+ years leading teams through significant scale
- Enforcement metrics ownership
- Model-assisted enforcement and human-in-the-loop design
- Audit accountability
- Cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Trust and Safety team, enforcement operations, policy, vendor programs, quality management, and training
- Own enforcement economics, including cost per decision, accuracy tradeoffs, automation targets, queue design, and vendor strategy
- Govern AI-assisted enforcement pipelines, human-in-the-loop thresholds, appeals, and audit accountability
- Own BPO and Trust and Safety vendor partnerships
- Run the operational layer of music rights enforcement with Legal
- Translate regulatory regimes into tooling, processes, and operational readiness with Legal
- Represent Trust and Safety metrics and tradeoffs to executive leadership
