About the Role
You will support energetic-material production, assembly, and testing in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will operate production equipment, inspect parts, document production and traceability data, maintain compliant work areas, and promptly report safety or quality issues.
Requirements
- Work 2nd-shift hours, Monday through Thursday, 10:30am to 9:00pm MDT
- Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Understand manufacturing documentation
- Follow written instructions in controlled or explosive environments
- Use Word, Excel, or an ERP system for data entry
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Complete explosives-safety training within the first month
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain state and federal explosives licenses
- Be a U.S. Person under ITAR and EAR requirements
Responsibilities
- Assemble and process energetic components and rocket hardware
- Operate and maintain standard production and mixing equipment
- Follow safety, environmental, and explosive-ordnance handling protocols
- Record production data, inspection results, and material traceability information
- Perform visual inspections and basic measurements
- Maintain clean and compliant work areas
- Support preventive maintenance and calibration checks
- Report irregularities, safety incidents, and nonconforming conditions
