About the Role
You will engineer and improve endpoint management across Windows, macOS, mobile, and BYOD environments. You will configure device platforms, automate provisioning and compliance workflows, maintain documentation, remediate device issues, and support audits and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, device management, systems administration, or technology operations
- Hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS devices
- Experience with JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or similar endpoint-management platforms
- Experience with device policies, software deployment, patching, encryption, and compliance controls
- Knowledge of identity, SSO, MFA, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes
- Experience with EDR, antivirus, or endpoint-security tooling
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with device procurement, asset management, and hardware lifecycle processes is preferred
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrolment, or zero-touch deployment is preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain endpoint standards for Windows, macOS, mobile, and BYOD environments
- Define device builds, configuration baselines, compliance requirements, and lifecycle processes
- Configure and manage endpoint-management platforms
- Maintain encryption, screen lock, patching, software deployment, and compliance policies
- Manage device groups, deployment rings, and regional targeting
- Troubleshoot endpoint-management issues and escalations
- Engineer device provisioning, enrollment, and zero-touch deployment workflows
- Improve procurement, shipping, returns, refresh, repairs, reallocation, and secure disposal processes
- Maintain asset data and ITSM or asset-management integrations
- Implement endpoint security controls and remediate non-compliant devices
- Collect audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and SOX
- Automate endpoint tasks and build endpoint health, compliance, inventory, and lifecycle reporting
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
