About the Role
You will collect and analyse vessel emissions data and prepare accurate reports to meet environmental reporting requirements. You will monitor regulatory changes, maintain vessel reporting information, investigate data issues with vessels, and coordinate with colleagues globally.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of consumption types and environmental regulations
- Understanding of vessel reporting
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to environmental regulations
- Monitor and stay current on regulatory changes
- Prepare information on proposed regulatory changes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vessel reporting requirements
- Prepare and review vessel reports for accuracy
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required
- Recommend and coordinate corrective actions with vessels
- Perform ad hoc performance analysis and data corrections
- Coordinate with team members globally
