About the Role
You will design and integrate electrical hardware for autonomous aircraft, create electrical documentation, support validation and flight testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and work with suppliers on fabrication and production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of professional electrical engineering experience
- Experience designing and integrating electrical systems for electromechanical platforms
- Experience creating wiring diagrams, harness documentation, and electrical integration drawings
- Knowledge of power systems, signal integrity, embedded hardware, sensors, communications interfaces, and avionics integration
- Experience with hardware bring-up, lab debugging, electrical testing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, EMC and EMI considerations
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Design and integrate electrical systems and hardware for autonomous aircraft
- Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical documentation
- Support electrical architecture, component selection, integration, and validation
- Troubleshoot electrical hardware and integration issues
- Execute electrical test plans and qualification activities
- Support prototype assembly, environmental testing, and flight testing
- Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Improve reliability, manufacturability, weight, power efficiency, and system performance
