About the Role

You will lead the campus recruitment strategy for Technology & Platform roles, including undergraduate and graduate recruiting. You will source candidates through hackathons, technical events, universities, coding clubs, and student developer organizations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with engineering leaders on technical assessments, evaluate technical skill signals, represent internship programs, analyze engagement results, and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with intern, entry-level, and early-career talent pools in fintech, big tech, or financial firms
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting, including resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling and facilitation, and offer calls
  • Success recruiting at multiple universities in highly competitive markets, ideally for software engineering or technical early-career talent
  • Ability to engage with technical concepts and evaluate engineering skill signals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel during peak fall and spring campus recruiting periods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, meet deadlines, and facilitate change
  • Analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experience coordinating in-person and virtual recruiting events and activities
  • Ability to work with and present recruitment and market data, reporting, and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Execute the campus recruitment strategy for Technology & Platform roles
  • Sponsor, attend, and support hackathons as sourcing and brand-building channels
  • Own and improve the technical assessment process with engineering leaders
  • Evaluate students' technical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Build relationships with computer science and engineering departments, coding clubs, and student developer organizations
  • Manage full-cycle campus recruiting from application through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation criteria
  • Represent internship programs during campus visits and virtual open houses
  • Partner with colleges, student organizations, and technical events to support diversity recruiting
  • Analyze engagement efforts and strategic partnership results
  • Provide a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Measure recruiting results and improve processes, systematization, and automation
