About the Role

You will own customer acquisition and growth for an e-commerce shop, operating across paid and organic channels including social, search, email, content, and the website. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns focused on CAC, ROAS, and conversion; continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging; build and optimize the full customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase; develop email and SMS lifecycle marketing to improve retention and LTV; analyze performance data daily and make rapid decisions; collaborate with decentralized research communities to craft product stories and launches; grow organic channels including social and SEO; and support international fulfillment as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of health wellness or supplement e-commerce experience at a D2C brand with hands-on customer acquisition responsibility
  • Proven track record of scaling paid channels (Meta Google TikTok) profitably
  • Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing including paid organic email and website optimization
  • Obsessive about optimization and data-driven testing
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in CAC LTV ROAS conversion funnels and attribution
  • Experience building e-commerce operations from early stage to growth
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving autonomous remote environments
  • Familiarity with Shopify Klaviyo or headless commerce platforms (nice to have)
  • Interest in Web3 blockchain or decentralized communities (nice to have)
  • Experience with influencer marketing or community-led growth (nice to have)

  • Manage and grow organic channels including social media and SEO
  • Support international fulfillment setup as the business scales
