About the Role
You will build and maintain a regional community database, deliver community events, manage guest relationships, and support on-site club membership. You will create communications and campaigns, coordinate registrations and creative briefs, capture leads and feedback, and report on engagement outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management, events, or marketing
- Experience managing external stakeholder or VIP/member relationships
- Proficiency with Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the MENA community database
- Plan and deliver community-driven events
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and relationship tracking
- Plan engagement activities around regional events
- Plan community content and campaigns with marketing teams
- Draft community communications, invitations, and follow-ups
- Support event registration pages, forms, copy, and email templates
- Identify community engagement opportunities with organizers and partners
- Maintain the community event roadmap
- Log and follow up on creative briefs in Jira
- Host and support on-site membership at Xsolla Club
- Capture feedback and leads for CRM and business-development teams
- Produce post-event community reports
