About the Role
You will develop and implement a workforce strategy aligned with operating plans. You will manage initiatives connecting business needs, talent ecosystems, and real-estate opportunities; use data and metrics to shape future-state strategy; and build collaborative relationships with business leaders and enterprise partners.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of strategy and business leadership experience
- Experience executing and managing large strategic initiatives
- Experience developing strategic direction and building consensus on priorities, milestones, measures, and accountability
- Analytics experience
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and establish trust with senior partners
- Communication strategy, tools, frameworks, and media experience
