About the Role
You will lead and grow direct commercial sales programs for V-BAT systems in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. You will manage program delivery, customer relationships, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, reporting, process improvements, and a team of project and program managers.
Requirements
- Experience managing Direct Commercial Sales, Foreign Military Sales, or Department of Defense programs
- Experience building, growing, and leading a program team
- Expertise in project and program management
- Ability to travel internationally
- Experience managing complex interrelated programs
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Leadership, time management, organization, and team management skills
- Project financial management expertise
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Middle East and Asia-Pacific direct commercial sales programs.
- Manage program portfolios against annual operating plan objectives.
- Guide initiation and sustainment of direct commercial sales contracts.
- Oversee customer relationships and resolve program escalations.
- Manage budgets, schedules, scope, resources, risks, and project metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive mitigation actions.
- Improve program management processes and tools.
- Hire, supervise, and develop project and program managers.
- Lead program-management meetings and follow-up activities.
