About the Role
You will lead test engineering strategy across customer products, improve delivery velocity and product quality, and manage direct reports. You will establish AI-assisted testing standards, governance, and quality measures while advancing automation, data-quality, resiliency, and DevOps testing practices.
Requirements
- Customer experience, API, or mobile test solution implementation
- Program-level test strategy across integrated systems
- Data quality framework design and maintenance
- DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Unit, component, functional, performance, and security test automation
- Mock frameworks and service virtualization
- Resiliency engineering and observability patterns
- AWS or Azure experience or certification
- Generative AI coding tools, including GitHub Copilot
- Prompt engineering
- AI-generated code governance
- People leadership, coaching, mentoring, and hiring
Responsibilities
- Drive test engineering strategies across customer products
- Lead and develop engineering teams
- Identify opportunities to use Generative AI to reduce manual test authoring and expand coverage
- Define standards for AI-assisted test authoring and prompt engineering
- Establish governance and quality standards for AI-generated code and test artifacts
- Roll out GitHub Copilot adoption
- Establish metrics for test velocity, coverage, and quality
