About the Role
You will build and scale the value-attainment approach across sales, solutions consulting, and partner success. You will develop healthcare economic cases, define measurement standards, lead value planning with strategic partners, create benchmarks and enablement materials, and ensure new products launch with measurable value hypotheses.

Responsibilities
- Define and scale an end-to-end value-attainment motion
- Build value plans, tools, templates, and modules for cross-functional use
- Lead business-case and economics discussions with strategic partners
- Create value stories across care settings
- Define baselines, cohorts, attribution methods, and outcome measurement standards
- Design pre-and-post and controlled comparisons
- Ensure partner dashboards instrument value-plan metrics
- Define value theses and measurement plans for new products
- Build peer benchmarks by care setting
- Create value curriculum for solutions consultants and partner success directors
- Provide value inputs for packaging and executive business reviews
