About the Role
You will hire, mentor, and manage Solutions Engineers while establishing scalable pre-sales practices. You will guide enterprise discovery, solution design, technical validation, demonstrations, and prototypes. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on go-to-market strategy, customer insights, and solution architecture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales technical roles
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading pre-sales or solutions engineering teams
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
- Technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production system architectures
- Communication skills for executive, business, and technical stakeholders
- Experience building scalable teams and processes
- Consultative skills and executive presence
Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and manage Solutions Engineers
- Establish pre-sales solutioning, proof-of-concept, and technical-validation practices
- Partner with Sales on go-to-market strategy
- Guide enterprise customers through discovery, solution design, and ROI validation
- Ensure delivery of demonstrations, prototypes, and solution engineers tailored to customer needs
- Bring customer insights to product roadmap priorities
- Represent technical leadership in customer meetings, workshops, and industry events
- Define scalable processes and assets for team growth
- Stay current on enterprise AI adoption and integration strategies
