About the Role
You will lead post-silicon validation across AI SoCs, silicon, firmware, and platform layers. You will plan and debug validation tests, develop automated regression infrastructure, analyse failures, improve test methods, collaborate across disciplines, and provide technical guidance and status updates.
Requirements
- Understanding of ML applications and workloads
- Experience with bare-metal or embedded C and C++
- Problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to identify root causes across teams and programming languages
- Post-silicon validation experience in digital ASIC environments
- Python
- Linux
- Communication skills
- 10 or more years of experience
- Experience building and leading multi-site teams
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and debug silicon validation tests in bare-metal C and C++
- Deploy and debug validation tests on first silicon
- Develop automated test frameworks and regression suites in Python
- Collaborate with engineers across disciplines
- Implement validation best practices and test-method improvements
- Analyse test results and debug failures and defects
- Contribute to shared test and validation infrastructure
- Provide feedback to architects
- Report project status and progress to program management
- Provide technical guidance to engineering team members
