About the Role
You will lead IT infrastructure and systems improvements, drive AI and automation initiatives, manage cross-functional projects and migrations, administer enterprise applications and cloud services, define operational standards and metrics, evaluate technologies, collaborate across business units, and manage vendors and technology partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing IT teams
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
- Experience leading complex IT projects, enterprise system implementations, and organizational migrations
- Experience implementing AI solutions, automation platforms, and productivity tools
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, internal information systems, and IT operations
- Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and modern SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, identity and access management, endpoint management, and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong leadership, ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, internal systems, and business applications
- Drive AI initiatives by identifying opportunities, implementing AI-powered solutions, and automating business processes
- Lead complex cross-functional IT projects from planning through execution
- Plan and execute infrastructure, cloud, and business systems migrations
- Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications, cloud services, and corporate IT environments
- Define and implement IT standards, processes, KPIs, SLAs, and operational goals
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new technologies
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and other business units
- Lead technical initiatives from planning through execution
- Manage vendors, software platforms, licensing, and strategic technology partnerships
